Below is our payment plan with four basic options: Full, Sibling Discount, Managers and Assistant Managers. In the majority of cases it will be the first or second option. We have also decided to have a split payment option to make it easy to afford the payments (note we've added the 20p per transaction charge). Please note we had around 10% of fees unpaid each year which takes considerable effort to chase by our volunteers; we really appreciate your prompt payment. As well as pitch hire the payment will also cover equipment, training courses for coaches, insurances, referee fees, league fees, DBS checks etc. Full detailed breakdown will be available at the next AGM.
As Community Amateur Sports Club (Charity: CH11797) membership of the club open to all in the community; although we appreciate that the costs of membership and playing kit are passed on to the playing members can be unaffordable to low income families and individuals. To address this barrier, the club proposes to create a foundation fund with the purpose of providing financial support to those in need to enable them to take advantage of all of the facilities and sporting opportunities within the club.
Applications for financial support would be open to all regardless of ability, gender, age, disability, ethnicity, nationality, sexual orientation, religion, or other beliefs. We are putting in place an appropriate and equitable process to encourage and assess applications engaging individuals of standing in the club and local community. Please contact us if you would like to consider making an application or know someone who may benefit. Also, if you know a company that may wish to contribute to the fund then please let us know.
